Quick answers to common issues
Most issues can be resolved here. If you still need help, contact us through the options above.
First, make sure location permission is enabled in Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services > Drinqsy. If there are no listed shops within 5 km of your location, the App will show a corresponding empty state. You can also pull to refresh or try again later.
It can take a little time to obtain an accurate location. Please check that your network connection is working and Location Services are enabled. If initial positioning is delayed, Drinqsy will first show results using a default or cached location, then update automatically once a more accurate location is available.
All information is for reference only and may vary by region, time, or shop. If you find an obvious issue, use the report entry point on the shop detail page and describe the correct information as clearly as possible. We will prioritize fixes based on reports.
Go to Settings to switch interface language and appearance. Drinqsy supports Traditional Chinese, English, Japanese, Korean, Thai, Vietnamese, and Filipino.
When there is an important update, Drinqsy may show an update prompt. Please update from the App Store or Google Play to get the latest features and data fixes.
